All items excluding freight or large items are sent with Australia Post. Our standard handling time is 3 Business Days from payment.

IF THERE IS NO INSURANCE PAID ON YOUR ORDER, YOUR RIGHT TO COMPENSATION IS IN LINE WITH AUSTRALIA POST AT $100.
We recommend asking for insurance on your freight in case of being lost in transit.  

  • INSURANCE IS $2.50 PER $100. PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU WANT INSURANCE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER: If the item has been paid for and you want insurance you will have to complete payment via a bank transfer

  • INCORRECT ADDRESS: We package the item and use the postage address as per the eBay order. If you have an incorrect address this is not our responsibility. This is integrated through MYPOST Business and has no potential for errors. Buyers must ensure their address is correct via eBay.

  • LATE OR MISSING ITEMS: If your item is late we are happy to create a case on your behalf. However in the event of a lost item, our policy is in line with our above terms and conditions. If your item is marked as delivered but goes missing, there is no liability on us if a SIGNATURE was not paid for.
