This is a heavy, gold tone metal buckle with a textured background, made by Hit Line USA, in the 1970s. The buckle is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-1/8", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 6.4 oz.
