Powers on and seems to work fine, but I have not tested this camera with film. The flash and shutter both work. Used condition. There is a plastic tab that is loose on the inside of the battery compartment, but it stays in place just fine when the compartment is screwed shut and should not cause any issues. Includes a dead battery.
