Here at Savin Ol’ Steel, we believe in transparency and want to make sure we are as detailed as possible when describing our vehicles. Please read the following paragraphs thoroughly as it is for your benefit as a potential buyer.

If you need financing for this vehicle, please arrange with a financial institution prior to bidding. Please do not bid unless you are serious about this vehicle.

It is imperative to note that all sales are final. All vehicles are sold “as is” and we do not accept returns once a vehicle is purchased. We do not offer any warranties on our vehicles. We describe each vehicle to the best of our knowledge and do our best to make sure our photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible. We are not responsible for any incorrect description, authenticity, genuineness, mileage, or defects related to this vehicle as we are simply stating what we observe. It is your responsibility as the buyer to do your due diligence before making a purchase. We are always available to assist with any questions or concerns that may arise in the process of purchasing this vehicle. We highly encourage pre-purchase inspections to ensure that this vehicle is up to your standard of quality. We will gladly work with you or a third party inspector that you send on your behalf (and at your cost) to inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. All vehicles we sell are considered used. Some vehicles will be more used than others and wear from all different kinds of use is to be expected.

This vehicle is also listed for sale locally. Savin Ol’ Steel reserves the right to end an auction at any time. Please note that we will state in the description if a vehicle is actual miles. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback.

After the auction ends, the winning bidder must contact us by the end of the next business day to make an arrangement for payment. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due at that time. If no contact is made within that allotted time we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next bidder with the highest bid, or sell it otherwise. The remainder of the balance is due within 5 days of auction end.

All purchases will have additional charges if applicable which may include the following: sales tax, title fees, dealer fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle. All accounts must be cleared before we transfer the vehicle into the purchaser’s name, and allow the vehicle to be released.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you arrange transportation for the vehicle after purchase we will take photos for you before and after the vehicle is loaded onto the transporter’s trailer. We are not liable for anything that may occur during transportation once a vehicle is on the transporter’s trailer.
