In order to remain fair to everyone, we do not end auctions early. Only those items listed as Buy it Now will be sold on that basis.

We are happy to combine postage costs for multiple purchases where the revised postage cost is lower. Please note that this is only possible on UK postage charges.

 

Payment

 

We ask that you Please complete payment on your order as soon as possible. If we do not receive payment within 5 days we will cancel your order and relist the item, unless you have contacted us and we have agreed to extend the deadline. 

 

Delivery

Where postage is included, the item will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment. 

We are only able to dispatch items to the address provided on your eBay account. Please check these details before making payment.

 

If the item is listed on a collection only basis, please contact us after making payment in order to confirm arrangements. We are happy for you to organise your own courier but please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for damage or loss in transit in these circumstances.

 

Untested Items

 

If an item has been described as untested, we cannot guarantee it's condition or functionality. So Please do not ask us for a return on that basis.

We request that donors clear memory details on electrical/tech goods we sell. We will, whenever possible, check all items to ensure personal information has been removed. However we will accept no liability for any losses, claims or damages arising with respect to any data that has not been deleted.

 

 Returns

 

Returns Will be accepted up to 30 days in accordance with eBay returns rules.

All return items requests should be raised through the eBay returns centre and sent to Rotherham Hospice Donation Centre, Unit 2, Amber Court Business Centre, Rawmarsh Road, Rotherham S60 1RU

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is received at the above address in the same condition in which they received it.

If the item is 'faulty' or 'not as described' and you live in the UK, please open a return via eBay returns so we can provide a pre-paid return label.

If you are returning the item because you've changed your mind , please also raise a return request via eBay so the item can be tracked. WE WILL NOT COVER THE POSTAGE COSTS ON CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
