Beautiful high grade, South Bend “ Studebaker”grade antique 21 Jewel 8 adjustments railroad Pocket watch. Movement is a beautifully finished bright Damaskeened Studebaker movement that features black enamel lettering, double roller and gold, timing screws. A stunning looking bright Damaskeened movement. Movement is in good running order with good motion, but I have not checked it for timekeeping. Serial number 1208409

circa 1928. This is one of the highest grade examples of watches South Bend made at this time. Dial is the original South Bend bold Arabic dial and is in nice condition, but does have some discoloration. Very nice hands and watch winds and sets correctly. A high-quality antique car related pocket watch. Case is a beautifully engraved Star watch case company 10K gold filled case with crisp detailed engine turned engraving on the back. Case is in very nice condition with little wear except some on top of the bow and a small dent. A very good looking hard to find South Bend Studebaker watch.
