Exterior matting measures 21" x 16". Map itself measures 18" x 12.95". Right side edge the border is cut. Image appears to be hand colored. The map was originally folded up but now taped at the two top corners under matting. Along the original folds is some creasing. Shows minor tearing through out edges. Paper is quite brittle. Unsure of year of manufacture on this map. Please let me know if your able to provide any additional details. On loc.gov it appears this was part of a large map (with additional sections) and cut out?
