The motherboard works. It did not when I got it. As you can see, it has a pretty serious corrosion issue by the 5 volt regulator. It ate the traces off. I did a quick and easy, down and dirty wiring job after installing a used 7805, and the motherboard does work now. I won't guarantee that my wiring job will hold, so be prepared to do a better job than I did. That's Bally Astrocade controller wire, in case you were wondering! :)
I stole the black and white select switch for another board, but it was in about as good of condition as the on-off switch (not great). Probably not a lot of B&W TV's out there being used today, but I put the broken switch from the other console on there anyway. Reset and select switches work.
The 2 custom chips have been tested and work. The TIA chip (shown in the picture) is missing, but it didn't function correctly anyway. This is more of a "bench tester" board, but could be wired better and put into another console if you have an extra working TIA chip.
The RIOT sells for at least $20 on e-bay, and the CPU sells for around $12. I'm asking $30 plus shipping for the whole thing, since the motherboard does work.
