    Roto-molding is a process for creating hollow plastic products. Heated molds rotate to evenly coat the interior with plastic powder, forming a seamless, one-piece structure.

  • What are the benefits of roto-molding?

    Roto-molding produces strong, evenly balanced balls without seams or joints—perfect for pickleballs where durability and consistent flight matter.

  • Why does a SEAMLESS pickleball still have a line on it?

    That’s a parting line from the MOLD CLOSURE—completely normal in roto-molded products. It’s not a real seam and won’t affect performance.

  • Why are there small burrs around the holes?

    These are minor plastic edges left during the hole-punching process, which is completely normal. They do not affect play or flight performance.

    Most are removed with heat, and we’re continuously improving production.

  • Why do injection-molded pickleballs crack more easily?

    Injection-molded balls are typically made from two halves joined by ultrasonic welding, and the seam can crack under impact or in cold weather.
