The book is 448 pages. As you can see from the photos, the cover and fold out map are detached. The first 40 pages are chipped on the edges, with the remaining pages 40- 448 in good condition. The stapled spine remains solid and intact. The map is in good condition for its age, with some paper loss from where it was attached. The map has great color and is complete.
