This is a Yoshihiro Nakiri with professional Octagonal Magnolia Handle, made of HAP40 at the core of the blade, squeezed into Stainless Steel(known as Clad "Warikomi method").
HAP40 is classified as Powdered High Speed Steel, famous for its sharpness, high durability, and wear-resistant. Although it is extremely hard, it is possible for users to make it easy to re-sharpen it.
