GENERAL INFORMATION

The Smart Matrix Retainer is a universal matrix tensioning system designed for use in posterior restorations,

It is compatible with both pre-assembled transparent and stainless steel posterior matrices. This system is developed to

streamline complex posterior restorations, allowing simultaneous treatment of multiple teeth.

The matrix bands are engineered for an optimal anatomical fit and are available in two heights, specifically for molars and premolars

in stainless steel.

INDICATONS FOR USE

The device is intended to restore the natural anatomical form of human teeth, thereby supporting normal physiological chewing function.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

No known contraindications.

PRECAUTIONS

General precautions

1.These products are intended for use only by qualified dental professionals on the general patient population.

2.Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling or using these products.

3.Smart Matrix Bands are single-use only and must not be reprocessed to prevent cross-contamination.

4.The treated tooth should be isolated with a dental dam prior to use.

Precautions for the Smart Matrix Retainer

Tensioning Instrument

1.This device is supplied non-sterile and must be cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized before the first use, in accordance

with the section“Cleaning, Disinfection, and Sterilization".

2.Discard the instrument immediately if any corrosion, deformation, fractures, or missing parts are observed.

3.To avoidcross-contamination,reprocess theinstrumentafer each patient use,following the provided Instructions for Use.

ADVERSE EVENTS

In the event of a serious incident involving this medical device, notify both the manufacturer and the competent authority in the

country where the user and/or patient is located.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

1.Assemble the matrices using the Smart Matrix Tensioning System.

2.Complete the assembly and install the Smart Matrix System as directed.
