To use DAK with KH965, you typically have two main options:

USB BrotherLink 4 (Cartridge Cable) that plugs into the cartridge slot of your machine or via a PPD (Pattern Programming Device). You download the pattern from DAK to the PPD cartridge, then manually plug that cartridge into your KH965.

Compatibility: Garter Carriage, KE 100 Motor Drive, and Design-a-Knit (DAK) software,
KR 850 ribber for ribbing combinations

Key Patterning Specs:
Maximum Width: 200 stitches (the full width of the machine).

Repeat Type: You can knit a single motif up to 200 stitches wide or set a smaller pattern to repeat automatically across the full bed.

Design Freedom: When using DesignaKnit (DAK), you can create a custom design for every single needle without being restricted by small repeats.

Motif Placement: You can combine up to seven different motifs in a single row across those 200 stitches.
