Introducing our very own Kingpin rebuild kit, we have been working with our suppliers to put together 

a quality yet affordable kit - all jimny's suffer from worn kingpins during your ownership of the truck, just from wear and 

tear and the result of running larger heavier wheels and tyres.

Kit fits all Suzuki Jimnys from 1998 onwards.

Oil weeping from the swivel housing (the ball on the axle) is a sure sign the kingpin bearings have failed.

Main cause of the Jimny death wobble 

1x White Grease Waterproof Marine Automotive Anti Corrosion Salt Resistant 500g - You will need some of this to seal and lubricate the rebuild parts - enough to both sides and plenty left over.

1x Solvent Brake Cleaner - great for cleaning the axle parts before rebuilding 500ml - enough for both sides.

1 x  V-Tech Vital Clear RTV Sealant Flexible Adhesive Silicone Gasket Sealer 85g - enough for both sides.

1 x New bolts set - replacement both set for both sides.
