There you will find measurements, mold weight, and condition. We try to mention all flaws in the listing as well as showing them in the pictures. We surely appreciate your interest in our ceramic slip molds.
My molds are shipped taped together, at a minimum wrapped in bubble wrap with loose fill and boxed. That box then will be packed into a larger box with loose fill. Molds under 10 pounds or completely encased in Styrofoam may not be double boxed. Combined shipping is offered by request only before purchase. I'm always happy to check into the options and pricing for combining shipping. Once the packages are shipped, there will be no refunds for shipping discounts unless agreed upon before purchase. Despite our best efforts, we cannot control the package handlers, and on rare occasions, molds do break. In the case that that happens, send a picture of the broken mold and you will receive a full refund for both the purchase and shipping cost. Sometimes holding onto the mold may be required for a week or two for insurance payments. Our careful packaging, however, has been very successful with well less than 1% broken in the last four years out of the last 4,800+ that our family has shipped. Our shipping includes hundreds of international shipments, so you can be confident in the likelihood of receiving your molds intact. We understand that molds are special, and that many are irreplaceable, and we want the mold to arrive safely as badly as you want it to!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
I am happy to combine shipping within reason for domestic shipments. For combined shipping, there are several options we can use to combine, and we will be happy to work with you in the way that is best in your situation. I'm always open to local pickup as well in Southwest Indiana. We can set that up once your items are paid for through eBay. We do our best to pack the day after an item is ordered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Due to the internal workings of eBay International Shipping, we no longer offer combined shipping for international orders, and each ordered item will be packed separately.
I am very easy to work with, and if you need extra time to pay, all it takes is sending me a message letting me know when you plan to pay. If no message or payment has been received within three to four business days, your order will be cancelled for non-payment which will put a bad mark on your eBay account. I hate to do this to anyone, but all it takes is a simple message and the common courtesy of communication to avoid this problem.
