Rare vintage Ryukendo figure from a more obscure tokusatsu franchise from 2006. Also includes a transforming shark surfboard. The figure is mostly complete with a single small piece missing from the belt, and the shark has a bit of trouble transforming one of the wings properly, but can still be done with a bit of force.

I don't believe these two items are necessarily compatible with one another or intended to be played together but you can sort of make it work despite the figure's lack of clips for attaching to the surfboard.
