Vintage 11" Vase Art Glass Cobalt Blue Made In Czech Republic?

From local estate this beautiful cobalt blue and clear art glass vase. The tag is gone so we have no way to positively identify. Stands 10 3/4” tall and 6” across the top. Weighs 4 lbs 10 oz. We do not see any condition issues.
