Arkansas, Mississippi, and West Virginia are not reciprocal sales tax states with Florida and impose a sales tax on motor vehicles but do not allow a credit for taxes paid to Florida. PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS: Buyer must provide notarized letter of authorization (form letter will be provided) if someone other than awarded buyer is picking up the vehicle/equipment. All Transporters must provide a valid Bill of Lading. Appointment is required for pickup.
INSPECTION/SHIPPING/TRANSPORTING:
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility.

Transporting is the responsibility of the buyer. If you have shipping questions email or call. All original paperwork must be completed and received by our office prior to release of the vehicle. If you are hiring your own transporter, we will hold the vehicle for 10 days. After 10 days there will be a $25 per day storage fee unless alternative pickup arrangements are made prior to purchasing on ebay. Hours for pickup are by appointment from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday - Friday and Closed on Sunday and Holiday's. We are located at: 302 Hathaway St NW, Lake Placid FL 33852
