This is a late model of the Ref. 16800, featuring luminous indices with silver edges. The dial has aged over time, and the luminous indices have been repaired, but it still has a unique look. The bracelet is Ref. 93150, the clasp code is I (manufactured around 1984), and the FF is 593, all of which are rare original specifications. It comes with a valuable warranty issued by Rolex Japan. Overhauled at our own workshop in October 2025. The Ref. 16800 was the first Submariner date watch to feature sapphire crystal and was upgraded from 200m to 300m water resistance. The Ref. 16800 received a dial update in the mid-1980s, making it virtually indistinguishable from its next-generation Ref. 16610. |
