Activation code for trackables
You can always get the activation code for your trackables online directly from the manufacturer. Enter the tracking code there and you will receive the activation code. Most codes can also be requested directly from groundspeak under “Lost Activation Code”. You can find an overview of this in our webshop.
Shipment
We usually ship your packages within 24 hours. The goods are shipped with DHL or Deutsche Post. After shipping you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. Delivery times within Germany are usually 1-2 days. Within Europe approx. 2-7 days. 
The invoice
Invoice including statutory VAT. - You will receive the invoice by email.
Personalized items
In addition to the shipping time of 1-2 days within Germany, we also require a processing time of 2-4 days for personalized products such as car stickers, T-shirts, stamps. Please check your email if we have any questions about your article. The exchange of “items according to customer requirements” is excluded.
