Stunning vintage CORO PAT PEND vintage apple heart shaped brooch made of gold tone metal and featuring dazzling clear rhinestones. 

This measures about 1 1/8” wide by 2”  and is signed "Coro Pat pend" on the back of the pin, although it was very difficult to take a photo of this.
