• Aluminum Pop-up vent 12.00" L x 6.625 w x .75 h overall exterior size 
• 3.5"H top of flange to highest point of lid when open. 
• Bi-directional, forward or reverse top opening. 
• Mounting flange has a perimeter of holes for fastening, (10) 3/16" diameter. 
• Top lid securely clamps down to prevent water entry, gasket-ed lid. 
• Distance from bottom of flange to bottom of handle 4.5", in closed position. 
• No mounting hardware included.
• Designed to place on a flat roof or sidewall.
