🔁 HOW TO START A RETURN (IMPORTANT)

  1. Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.

  2. Select the reason for the return. Depending on the seller’s return policy, you may be put in touch with the seller directly.

  3. Upload photos if helpful to document the item’s condition.
    • Up to 10 photos (PNG, JPEG, BMP, or GIF)
    • Max size: 5MB per photo
    • Photos are visible to both the seller and eBay Customer Service

  4. Depending on the return policy, a return shipping label and packing slip will be provided.

  5. Pack the item carefully, include the packing slip, apply the label, and ship the item back.
    • Item must be returned within 5 business days of requesting the return
    • Tracking is strongly recommended

  6. You may include a note requesting a replacement if preferred.

  7. The return request must be closed before a replacement is dispatched.

Go to iCloud.com and log in
Go to Find My iPhone
Select “All Devices” (top middle)
Select the device returned to us
Click “All Devices” again and tap the small “X” next to the device
Hover over the “X”, select Remove, and confirm

You will see a message stating:
“If you remove the item, another person can put their Apple account on it.”
