This is a Pflueger Summit No. 1993L baitcasting reel made in the United States by Enterprise Mfg. Co., Akron, Ohio. This model is clearly stamped “Pflueger Summit – No. 1993L – Made in U.S.A.” and features the beautifully engine-turned engraved side plate characteristic of the Summit series. The cross bar is marked “Patented / Pats Pend,” and the reel retains its original white handle knobs and cork arbor spool.

Reel is in good vintage condition with honest age wear. Finish shows light oxidation and surface marks consistent with use and age. Engraving remains crisp and attractive. Cork arbor is intact. Please see images for more details.
