This is a very pretty decorative vest for dressing up or down for an added flair.

It is a very soft knit blend of 65% Rayon and 35% Nylon.  (There are no washing instructions, but maybe Cold, Delicate cycle and Line dry...)

The ruffles all around are beautiful, and there are 3 tiny buttons with loops  on the front in the middle.

This measures about 16 inches across at the underarms, and 22 inches from the shoulder to the hem.

The brand is Always Sunny by Sunny Leigh .

It is Pre-owned, but just like new.
