Payments - All payments must be received within seven days.

Dispatch times - Orders placed before 3:00PM on a weekday are generally dispatched the same day for next day delivery. Parcels are sent via DHL, DPD, Royal Mail/Parcelforce and larger pallet orders via Palletforce.

Returns - Items may be returned provided that the item(s) are unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a sale-able condition. The consumer will be responsible for costs incurred in returning goods. Items that are specially made to buyer's specification cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Opening Times - 9.00AM - 5.00PM Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and the Christmas Period.
