GUC = Good Used Condition. Owned but still in great condition. May show signs of wear.
Fair = Good condition pre-owned item.
SG. - Still good for use, Will have cosmetic impairments but structuraly sound unless noted.
NOI = No Observed Issues, defects, smells, damage etc.
IHBL = Item Has Been Laundered.
