I have purchased it from a University and they sold it at an auction.They said that it was  working when they put for auction.

The engraver doesn’t come with the Software, and the controller that should be attached  to the input jack hole in front of the

unit . I am selling it : As Is. That is why I am selling it for that price. What you see is what you will get, please do not ask me for anything extra. It is a local Pickup, if you want me to ship it to you, you will have to look for your freight Company and pay $100.00 extra so I can buy a Pallet and some straps and wrap it with Plastic for you tell you the measurements and the weight to the freight company.
