• ✅ Your battery socket accepts a Yamaha 7-pin Type A connector
• ✅ Press the power/test button on your battery — if no LEDs light up, the battery may be deeply discharged or faulty

If the battery capacity indicator lamps [1] and [4] flash rapidly at the same time when the indicator button is pressed or when the charger is connected, the battery is non-recoverable. You would have to look for a new battery rather than buying a new charger.

• Q: Charger LED turns green but bike doesn’t charge?
  A: Your battery may be fully charged, asleep, or BMS-locked.
• Q: My battery is flat. Is the charger faulty?
  A: Not always. Battery issues are more common than charger faults.
• Q: The LED is flashing red – is it faulty?
  A: Flashing red means a charging error. The battery may be too deeply discharged or have a fault.
• Q: Do you accept returns?
  A: Yes. Returns accepted within 30 days. See below.
