RETURNS:
If you want to return an item, it MUST be in the same
condition as when you received it. Meaning, if it has tags,
they must be attached when returned. If the item is SEALED, it must be
returned, sealed. Due to hygiene reasons, there will be no accepted returns for
tried out cosmetics or skincare, NO EXCEPTIONS. If for some reason you aren't happy
with an item, please message me first thing and we will try and work out a
resolution. All returns that are not our error will result in the buyer paying
the return shipping. If the item had free shipping and is returned, the
original shipping will also be deducted from the sales price of the item to
determine your refund.
SHIPPING:
Items are carefully inspected prior to shipment and securely
packaged to ensure safe delivery. Items are shipped almost always
within 2 business days of your payment order. Holidays and weekends are not
considered business days.
