-For your security, all orders are shipped with a signature required.  Please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the address.

-While we do our best to ship items on the same day as receiving your order and verifying payment, it is not always possible.

-Payments made on Friday will likely be shipped out on Monday so the item is not sitting in a shipping hub over the weekend. 

Domestic Orders

-Domestic orders apply to all orders that are billed and shipped within the USA.

-Your item will be shipped ground unless negotiated prior to shipping.  Overnight shipping and 2nd Day shipping may be requested for an extra charge.

-Per PayPal requirements and our security, we can only ship Paypal orders to the address approved by PayPal.

International Orders

-Please contact us before bidding/buying/ordering to make sure we are able to ship insured to your country.

-Additional costs, such as customs, import duties, VAT, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping costs.  These charges are the buyer?s responsibility.  Check with your country?s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying/ordering.  Please be aware we must declare the item for the price it is sold.  We will not declare the item as a repair/gift/lower value or anything that is against the law.  Do not ask us because it is illegal.

-Contact us for calculated shipping fees for your shipment.  The cost will range depending on the price of the item sold and the location the item is shipping to.  We do not have a flat rate on shipping because our shipping will include insurance on the item for your safety and ours. 

Moyer Fine Jewelers offers a limited warranty on all items unless otherwise specified in the description.  All Pre-owned watches do come with a twelve (12) month warranty from the date of purchase.  This warranty covers mechanical issues identically how the manufacturer's warranty would work for a timepiece.  This excludes damage due to water, shock damage, modifications, all abuse, or any handling that exceeds the limits of the intended use of the watch.

*If you have any question on the condition, please inquire with us to be sure we address them before shipping the product.  With pre-owned items the condition is described as accurately as possible, but it does come down to an opinion and this can vary from person to person.  We try to be very strict on our grading and prefer to be as transparent as possible when grading.

All items must be returned in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price or store credit for an exchange.  If the item is sent with a protective covering and the covering is removed, this may void the return policy.  Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless noted by Moyer Fine Jewelers.
