About the Game

  • Shipping & Handling - All orders ship the same or next business day depending on time of purchase. Shipping is free & tracking is included for all items.

  • Returns - Returns are always offered on all sealed/new items for 30 days only if the item is still in its original sealed state.


    • Product Information - As a licensed retailer all product our store has for sale comes sealed straight from the manufacturer or their official distributors. Therefore all products are guaranteed brand new without exception. Minor imperfections in shrink wrap or product packaging is within the norm & may occur. If you believe your product has an error please message and we will provide you the manufacturer's contact info for you to address them directly.

    • Your order details - At checkout there is a section to provide us with any comments you have about your order to make us aware when fulfilling. For example if you purchase 6 booster boxes and want them shipped in the manufacturers case that 6 boxes come in, you may request it here. Any related notations can be made here.

    • Requests such as double boxing, upgraded shipping, etc. that could effect the cost of your shipment may not be suitable for this section & needs to be made before purchasing. The cardboard box your items are shipped in is for the purpose of protecting your items, any dings or defects to the shipping box itself does not equate to damage, this includes case boxes. If you want your order or case to be shipped in another box (double boxed) please make us aware beforehand.

    • Preorder listings - Please note that all listings that state 'Presale' or 'Preorder' are just as stated, a pre sale. This means your order will not ship immediately like normal orders. The item is not yet released and will be shipped to you before the release date. Please disregard any automated delivery dates for these listings, it may not be accurate. Please see description for estimated shipping date. For cancellations of preorders note 7 days before the official release date of your item a cancellation may not be accepted, even if you have not received shipping information we may have prepared your shipment or purchased shipping for it internally

    • Note that all preorders containing multiple items will ship when the last item has been released. This means if your order contains one item that releases January 4th and another that releases January 24th your order will ship the week of January 24th. Simply place different orders if you want each item to ship as early as possible.
