These are NPT Pipe taps used to create threads or to re-thread metal pipes, pipe fittings, or other metal fabricated objects. Properly shaped threads will provide a tight seal for piping used in the transfer of liquids and gases. These taps can be used with steel, aluminum, brass, and copper pipe.
