This item is used but is in excellent condition. The color is more dark navy and the liner navy. The liner is made of fleece and can be worn without the jacket and also has reflective trim. It also features roomy pockets for radios, equipment and a shoulder mic clip. This item is Not for structural or wildland firefighting.
