-- The box is in acceptable condition, lots of wear, one flap is gone, the other one is weak.

The left and right side of the hangtab is punched in but the bottom part is still intact.

-- The back of the cartridge has the label torn off, otherwise in good shape.

Conditions are in my opinion.
