Cardigan is new with tags; however, I obtain most of my new clothing items through various outlets, clearance centers, thrift stores, etc. Thus, they've been sitting on the shelf for a bit (that's why they're so cheap), so you can expect some cosmetic dust - I recommend a quick laundering before extended wear. 

To save money for my buyer's, I generally use a lightweight envelope for items like this so I can ship USPS First Class/Ground Advantage. However, if you need something more quickly, I can also do USPS Priority Mail padded envelopes.
