All items ordered after 9 a.m. EST on Fridays will be shipped Monday morning, unless it’s a government holiday. In that case, they’ll be mailed the following day or the next available day the post office is open.

New USPS shipping policy: USPS will no longer scan packages at drop-off; tracking will only update once they reach distribution centers. Your label may show “Label Created” but not shipped—rest assured, if we’ve printed your label, it’s already been dropped off and shipped. We only print labels right before drop-off. Due to this delay in tracking updates, all cancellations must be made before labels are printed. If your label has been printed, your package is already on its way. Hopefully, this is just a temporary USPS update issue.

Return Policy: We offer free returns, except for parts, repair, or untested items, which are non-returnable. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item. After 30 days, the item is no longer eligible for return. We do not offer partial refunds—if you have an issue with an item or it’s not to your liking, you may return it for a full refund as long as it’s complete and in the same condition it was sent. The only exception is for items damaged during delivery, which are covered by shipping insurance but must still be returned. We do not provide partial refunds or replacements, and no refund will be given unless the item is returned.
