Installation Guide：
Preparation：
- Raise the vehicle safely on jack stands, remove the front wheel, and take off the axle nut.
Disassembly:
- Remove the brake caliper and hang it out of the way, then disconnect the outer tie rod and lower ball joint or strut bolts to free the steering knuckle.
Remove Old Axle:
- Pull the old axle out of the hub and the transmission, being mindful of transmission fluid leakage.
Check/Prepare:
- Inspect the transmission seal for damage and replace if necessary. Compare the new axle with the old one to ensure it is the correct length and has the same spline count.
Install New Axle:
- Apply a light coating of grease to the splines. Carefully slide the inner joint into the transmission until it seats. Insert the outer splines into the wheel hub.
Reassemble Suspension:
- Reconnect the lower ball joint, control arm, or strut assembly, ensuring all bolts are tightened to proper torque specifications.
Finalize:
- Install a new axle nut and tighten to the specific torque setting, then replace the wheel.
