Originally these three items came together with a commercial fan/vent kit. 1st is an 8” inline spring loaded damper with a foam weatherstrip on it that fits snug into the 8” side of the reducer. Second is an 8”-7” reducer (Gv0792, no crimp). And third the plastic 7” wall mount vent cap,( G-7W) this fits inside a 7” pipe.
