Very nice overall condition. Missing the windshield. 

Tire in rear is not attached but can be seen from rear hole. Friction works well. Very clean, few scratches, paint shines brightly as original. as found, I have not attempted to clean it at all. Great addition to your coast guard, tin boat collection
