Men's Vintage Black Faux Fur Hat with fold-out Felt Ear Flaps, Size Large.  It has no label, but it was my Dad's wear-it-to-work on cold New York winter days, so I know the size, just not the maker. It is a foldable winter hat, gentleman's business or formal style. Maybe it is called a Cossack Cap, but I don't know for sure.
