PURCHASING CONDITIONS

1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOT AVAILABLE, Australia only.

2. STATE RESTRICTIONS: TAS, WA, and NT have biosecurity restrictions: YOU MUST CONTACT PRIOR TO BUYING, as we cannot directly send to you due to biosecurity rules. You will need to organise an accredited nursery/plant concierge to approve your plants to enter the state; they charge a fee, and I can provide you with the contact numbers. If you order without contacting me and change your mind, you are subject to cancelling the order yourself, which may strike against your account, or if you require me to cancel the order/refund directly there is a 15% fee due to eBay already charging me for the listing fee of the plant.

3. COMBINED POSTAGE: Please send me a message after you have made the payment for all your items. I will then send you a refund for the difference in postage cost, depending on the fee from Australia Post.

 

5. I ONLY POST ON MONDAYS & TUESDAYS: This is to ensure the plant is not sitting in postal storage over the weekends and arrives to you in best condition. If there are a string of multiple public holidays, I also prefer not to post during this time.

6. THE PLANT YOU RECIEVE will be the one in the photo, if only 1 available. If there are multiple plants available, you will receive an equivalent plant which may vary slightly from the photo. Plants may be sent either bare rooted, or with the pot.

7. IF THERE ARE ANY FAULTS to the plant on arrival (eg. shipping damage or rotten parts), contact me prior to leaving feedback and I will rectify the problem.

8. IF THE PLANT IS LOST OR DAMAGED by Australia Post, please contact Australia Post first, and then they will contact me.

9. TRACKING NUMBERS are provided by Australia Post. Please provide your mobile number in the order and you will get updates from Australia Post. Please note, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post.
