The measurements shown in the pictures are as follows:

1) Armpit to armpit

2) Sleeve length from shoulder seam

3) Shoulder to shoulder

4) Total length from neck to bottom

Please see the defect shown in the last 2 pictures. 

There are faded color lines on the sleeves back side and on the back.
