For specific parameters, please refer to the product details or consult our customer service team. Thank you.
▪️ Note: After powering on the sensor, allow approximately one minute for preheating before measurements stabilise. The sensor's warming is normal due to its internal heating element. However, if it becomes uncomfortably hot to the skin, this indicates an abnormal condition.
Features
▪️ The gas-sensitive material employed in MQ gas sensors is tin dioxide (SnO₂), which exhibits low electrical conductivity in clean air. When combustible gases are present in the sensor's environment, its conductivity increases proportionally with the concentration of such gases in the air. A simple circuitry converts this conductivity change into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration. The MQ gas sensor exhibits high sensitivity to sensitive gases such as liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), propane, and hydrogen, while also providing ideal detection for natural gas and other combustible vapours. Capable of detecting multiple combustible gases, it serves as a cost-effective sensor suitable for diverse applications.
▪️
High-quality dual-panel design ensures extended service life with stable, reliable performance. Features rapid response and recovery characteristics for precise detection of smoke, liquefied petroleum gas, methane, and other combustible gases, enhancing safety monitoring efficacy.
Application
▪️ Suitable for household and environmental hazardous gas detection systems. Capable of detecting harmful gases including ammonia, aromatic compounds, sulphides, and benzene vapour.
