Originally from set #5001709 (a polybag), this Dark Azure color Clone Trooper Lieutenant is a 5 piece Star Wars promotional
set.
Released in 2013, the minfig was given away to volunteers at the LEGOLAND California Star Wars
weekend. It was later available as a promotion in the United States in
LEGO Stores and on the official online LEGO Shop in September and
October.
