Application
1. if you want your vehicle to stand out more, wider wheel spacing can provide a better visual effect. In this case, you can choose spacers of any thickness, as long as they do not cause the tires to come into contact with any part of the vehicle.

2. A wider wheelbase can improve the handling and stability of the car by widening the track width. This can increase the lateral grip and cornering ability of the car, as well as reduce body roll and understeer. Wheel spacers can also help to optimize the weight distribution and balance of the car by shifting some of the weight from the inner to the outer wheels. This can reduce stress on the suspension components and improve steering response and feedback.

3. If you are using wider tires than the original ones, you may need thicker wheel spacers to prevent the tires from contacting the inner parts of the vehicle when turning. You can measure the distance between the new tires and the original wheel arch to determine the required spacer thickness.
 
4. If you have already upgraded or modified the suspension system of your vehicle, you may need to adjust the thickness of the wheel spacers to accommodate the new configuration, to prevent the new suspension components from contacting the wheel hub or tire.
 
5. If the offset of your new wheel hub is smaller than the original, you may need a thicker wheel hub spacer. You can determine the thickness of the spacer needed by measuring the distance from the inside of the wheel hub to the brake caliper.

Machine forged precisely from 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum billets, with heat treated and hardened 12.9-grade bolts pre-installed. The anodized surface provides additional corrosion resistance. Exceptionally strong and lightweight compared to steel spacers.

We recommend customers thread the hardware by hand so as not to cross or strip the threads. Once firmly fastened, use the torque wrench set to the correct torque. Screw the wheel bolts/wheel nuts one after the other cross-shaped, making sure you get 5-7 turns before tightening. Recommended to be turned down by hand at 85 FT/LBS.

Undertightening or excessive tightening of wheel mounts can be harmful and dangerous. If the stud nuts are twisted too much, this can cause stress breaks and increase the risk of the studs breaking under normal conditions.

If no problems (noise, vibration, something extraordinary), turn all nuts after 5-25 miles ride anew.
