Full GH awning 4m x 3m also has sides but sides aren't fitted to the side on van - all parts to do so are included

I have removed the shelving shown in the photo of the garage as it was not required for our use, however it is all here and will be included if required.

Very powerful for towing and also rear wheel drive.

This high power, rear wheel drive, twin wheel van would be expensive when new and the conversion with everthing that has been fitted would also have been costly - I feel it is a lot of vehicle for the money !

It is a very rare thing as so few people would pay the price of the basic van when new.

It has obviously had a very easy life as can be seen from the condition of the cab - it is virtually as new.

I have lots of paperwork and manuals for all the camper conversion items.

Originally built to carry two karts, so has winch in the garage area to lift the one going above.

There is a small crack in the windscreen but not in a position to affect an MoT, and some lacquer peel on the bonnet where a previous owner removed a big sticker, otherwise it drives perfectly and is very tidy in every way.
