Unrestored.  It does have a part of the handle that looks like it was a poor cast, not a chip, but could be.  It does spin so would be better on a gas range.  Cooking surface shows some wear, but looks nice.  Cooked on carbon on the exterior.  Needs to be restored.  see pics
