■ About the Item This is a rare Tegata (Hand print and Autograph) of the legendary Sumo wrestler Akebono Taro (曙 太郎). Akebono was the 64th Yokozuna and made history as the first-ever foreign-born Yokozuna (from Hawaii).
He is a true legend who led the golden era of Sumo in the 1990s alongside his rival Takanohana. Since his passing in 2024, his memorabilia has become increasingly valuable and sought after by collectors worldwide. This is a precious piece of Sumo history.
