Covers postage for oversized lettermail and related taxes which is the smallest option available to ship something of this thickness.  Additional shipping fees per pack are to cover increased postage due to weight.  If you purchase more than one pack, I'll refund the shipping fees to reflect the final postage plus taxes.

Americans - Sorry for the high shipping costs.  Canada Post doesn't allow us Canadians to send eBay sales through regular or oversized lettermail.  I have no choice but to use a carriers that partner with USPS and this is the cheapest rate they offer.
